Beginning September 9th, 2019, the Town of Morrisville is moving to a new permitting and plan review software called EnerGov.
The benefits of this software include online application submission, online fee payment, tracking of your projects with an online dashboard, and electronic plan submission and review (Paper plan submissions will not be accepted after Friday, September 6th).
Staff will begin rolling out submittal processes that will use EnerGov, including Fire Operational Permits, Sign Permits, Food Truck Permits, Street Vendor Permits, and Home Occupation Permits.
To smooth the transition to a paperless submittal process, staff is offering drop-in opportunities to assist with pre-registering for an online portal account and to show those interested, an example submittal.
The drop-in opportunities are as follows:
• Wednesday, September 4th, 2019 from 9:00 am – 11:00 am
• Wednesday, September 4th, 2019 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
The drop-in opportunities will be held at the Morrisville Town Hall Council Chambers, which is located at 100 Town Hall Drive.
