Amendments changing when the Town would require payment in lieu (PIL) of construction are proposed due to the number of planned and publicly funded road projects.  These proposed amendments continue to require all developments to construct safety improvements and add a framework within which requirements are waived and PIL refunded.  In addition, the proposed amendments clarify when payment in lieu of construction for private cross access improvements is permitted.
