We’ve rolled out a new registration system, ActiveNet, allowing you to search, register, and pay for programs online! However some registrations will still be done through WebTrac until the end of the year.
Register online for our programs following the criteria below:
- Athletic Registration: will still be done through WebTrac .
- New User: You've never signed up for a program (in person or online).
- New Online User: You've signed up for a program before, but never online.
- Online Registration: You have your username and password.
- Forgot Password: You have an online account with us, but forgot your password.
Register in person at any of our Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources facilities:

- Cedar Fork Community Center, 1050 B Town Hall Drive

The Town of Morrisville Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources Department has attained accreditation in 2014 for showing compliance with standards of excellence in quality and efficiency by the National Commission for Accreditation of Park and Recreation Agencies (CAPRA). CAPRA acknowledges the Department has evidence of compliance exemplifying its commitment to serving its patrons, employees, volunteers and communities. The CAPRA national accreditation standards provide benchmarks for parks and recreational agencies that comply with best practices for quality assurance and improvement process demonstrating their commitment to the people they serve.

What if I am requesting a refund due to medical hardship?Medical hardship cases will be handled at the discretion of the Director of Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources. If medical hardship is granted, a refund may be given minus a $5 administrative fee, if received prior to the program starting or athletic teams being selected. No refunds will be given after the completion of programs or athletic leagues.
Can I register for classes online?Yes, you can register for most classes online.
How do I receive my username and password so I can sign my children up for programs online?If you have participated with our programs before, please call Hannah Wang at 919.463.7110 and ask for your username and password. If you have not participated in our programs before, please visit our Online Registration site and request a username and password.
Where do I need to go to rent a field, shelter, or classroom?
To rent an athletic field or shelter, please visit our Parks, Recreation, & Cultural Resources Administrative Office at 240 Town Hall Drive to fill out the rental application and pay the appropriate fees. Please be advised the our Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources Administrative Office closes at 12 p.m. on Fridays.
To rent a classroom or the gymnasium at CFCC, please visit the Cedar Fork Community Center at 1050B Town Hall Drive to fill out the rental application and pay the appropriate fees. To rent the multipurpose room at MAFC, please visit the Aquatics and Fitness Center at 1301 Morrisville Parkways for fill out the rental application and pay the appropriate fees.
