The Planning and Zoning Board serves an advisory body to the Morrisville Board of Commissioners and deals with land use, zoning and development issues. The Planning and Zoning Board consists of five members and two alternates appointed by the Town Council. One member is appointed from the Town's extraterritorial jurisdiction.
This board meets on the second Thursday on every month at Town Hall and convenes at 6:00 pm. For more details, please call Rodney Wadkins, Senior Planner, at 919-463-6197.
