Yard Waste Oops Card
Did you receive an Oops Card for your Yardwaste?

If so, no need to worry! We want to provide you with a few tips to ensure your yard waste does not get missed in the future.

Here's a few reminders about Yard Waste placement to ensure collection:

* Yard Waste starts at 7:00 am on Wednesday mornings using the following chart:
Thursday Trash Collection  1st & 3rd Wednesday's of every month
 Friday Trash Collection
Monday Trash Collection  2nd & 4th Wednesday's of every month
 Tuesday Trash Collection
 Wednesday Trash Collection

* All Loose Yard Waste (grass clippings, pine cones, leaves, pine needles, small limbs, etc.) will be collected in brown paper biodegradable bags. It is no longer acceptable to place loose yard waste in any other type of container (no wheel barrels, no plastic bags, no plastic tubs or other containers).

* Any small bushes, shrubs, large bushes, tree limbs and cut trees will be cut down to less than 4' in length, 10" in diameter, and tied with string (not plastic or plastic wrap) into bundles that are less than 4' in length, 2' wide and do not exceed 50 pounds each.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Public Works Solid Waste Line at 919-463-7120.
