OperationsThe Town of Morrisville operates under the Council-Manager form of government, in which the citizens elect a Mayor and Council Members (the Council) as the Town's governing body.
The Council appoints the
Town Manager to serve as the chief operating officer, administering all municipal affairs in his/her charge. The Council appoints the
Town Clerk as the custodian of
public records and liaison to the citizens. The Council appoints the Town Attorney to ensure the legal integrity of the governing body.
