Purpose
The Planning and Zoning Board serves as an advisory body to the Morrisville Board of Commissioners and deals with land use, zoning, and development issues.

Members
The Planning and Zoning Board consists of five members and two alternates appointed by the Town Council. One member is appointed from the Town's extraterritorial jurisdiction.
