The Community Appearance Committee carries out it's purpose through a number of community service and beautification projects.

Purpose
The Community Appearance Committee's purpose is to:
- Develop methods and concepts to improve the general appearance and ambiance of the Town
- Coordinate community appearance workshops and events
- Plan and staff exhibits at appropriate events to promote community appearance improvement
- Create educational articles to be published in local news media and the Town's newsletter
- Recommend policies in the form of draft resolutions and ordinances for consideration by the Town Council
- Review and comment on budget items related to community appearance
