The Finance Department provides financial management support for the delivery of Town-wide services through the administration of financials, budgeting, accounts payable, purchasing and contracts, billing and collections, payroll, and project development through quality management of the Town's financial resources and best business practices.

Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting Award
The Finance Department has been awarded its 24th consecutive annual Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting by the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA). The Certificate of Achievement is the highest form of recognition for excellence in state and local government financial reporting, and its attainment represents a significant accomplishment by a government and its management.
