What does the Engineering Department do? All engineers share numerous tasks to assist the public and the developers working within the Town of Morrisville. These include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with site plan review
• Oversee easement acquisitions
• Develop and implement NPDES Phase II strategy for stormwater and erosion control for the Town
• Ensure all construction of roads and drainage meet or exceed Town of Morrisville standards and are in accordance with approved construction drawings
• Inspection of installation of stormwater mains
• Building site finals
• Driveway/sidewalk inspections during various phases of road construction
• Review of as-built drawings for completeness and accuracy

Our mission is to represent the interests of the Town of Morrisville's residents and taxpayers in the activities related to planning, inspection, construction and maintenance of the Town's infrastructure and to endeavor to provide cost-effective engineered systems that maintain and/or improve the standard of living and quality of life.
