The Town of Morrisville operates under the Council-Manager form of government, in which the citizens elect a Mayor and Council Members ("the Council") as the Town's governing body. The Council appoints the Town Manager to serve as the chief operating officer, administering all municipal affairs in his/her charge; the Town Clerk as the custodian of public record and liaison to the citizens; and the Town Attorney to ensure the legal integrity of the Governing Body.
