Morrisville 101 is an educational experience for citizens of Morrisville. Participants enjoy learning about their local government and the services it provides. Additionally, they will be encouraged to take an active role in their neighborhood and town.
This is a free class for citizens 16 years of age and up. The course meets for 8 sessions on Thursday nights from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. Students are permitted to miss two classes and still graduate the course. Students must also attend an advisory committee meeting and a Town Council Briefing and Business Session.
Every class is packed with activities and information. Classes are interactive with opportunities to ask questions and give feedback. Students will tour town facilities and view equipment used by various departments in their specialized fields.
