The Public Information Officer (PIO) serves to inform city residents, city employees, and other affected parties what Morrisville government is doing and why.  The PIO is responsible for the production and dissemination of information about town operations and business to both the public at large (external customers) and to town employees (internal customers). The PIO disseminates information using a variety of public information, advertising, public relations, and marketing tools to include the monthly newsletter, news media releases, public service announcements and advertising campaigns.
