Town Manager

As the executive officer of the municipal government, the Town Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Town of Morrisville, including the implementation of the Town Council's ordinances and policies.

Town Clerk

The Town Clerk is charged with maintaining complete and accurate records of Town Council proceedings and official Town files, and fulfills legal requirements established by the Town's municipal code and North Carolina State law.

Public Information
The Public Information Center functions to market the Town's activities and departmental services through publications, advertising, direct interaction with citizens and by serving as the Town's official liaison with the news media. 


The mission of the Administration Department is to provide comprehensive information to the Town Council and the public for purposes of historical preservation, conducting operational and administrative town business and to support and to implement Council policies to make Morrisville a town of the highest standard.  Our goal is to provide customer service that is friendly, efficient and above standards, and to provide information to the Town's citizenry in that same manner.
