The Town of Morrisville refers all inquiries regarding affordable housing to Wake County Health and Human Services, which offers many programs aimed at helping residents provide suitable and affordable housing, whether they are renters, first-time homebuyers, or need assistance with renovations.

The Town Council meets every second and fourth Tuesday night of each month at 6:30pm. These meetings are open to the general public. An agenda can be downloaded from our website on the Friday before each meeting. Public Hearings are often held to gain citizens’ input on such items as pending rezonings, land use changes, and road closings.
